My G-d you have it all wrong.
I saw this Haaretz article about you and tracked down this blog to stop you before it is too late.
You cannot just create a state on a piece of land with people living on it without causing tremendous troubles. Think of the partition of India and the partition of Palestine. These led to millions of deaths and refugees.
Even if you asked not for a state, but for Germany to allow Jews to immigrate to Thuringia, I don’t think the Germans would agree with that. It is not for us to force our opinions on other countries.
There is only one way that Jews will have a European country: if Israel makes peace with its Arab neighbours, and subsequently the E.U. is expanded to include Israel and Palestine.
If the Polish really wanted us back there they would just offer a right of return for those whose ancestors fled there in the past. But again if they don’t want to it is not our place to force it.
Just as it is not the Palestinians’ place to force Israel to let them in.
I do NOT support a Jewish state of Thuringia. I support middle east peace and (if the E.U., Israel, and new Palestinian state agree) inclusion of Israel and Palestine in the E.U.

People born in Thuringia and persecuted during the communist period are not welcomed these days in their own country — this is realised by meaness, and your “movement” is the summit of it.
But anyway, the “Chanukka”-Leitmotiv is not able to create a profound implication.
Chanukka goes intrinsically with Canada or UK.

I give Mr. Eidelman an A for creativity and Public relations. Beyond that, I give him an F for taste, practicality and motivations. Even the idea of a Jewish state in Germany plays into the hands of Anti-Semites about “Jewish power.” which is a significant problem in Europe. Practically, there was only one vague reference to economics in your 13 principles. What will be your currency? What are your plans for economic development? Will it have a socialist economy, free market? What kind of fiscal policy? You can’t sustain an economy with just art and singing songs. And is the Federal Republic of Germany going to sit by and allow an independent political entity take root on German soil? In brief, this is just a transparent, self-serving publicity stunt by someone seeking to gain attention economically and socially/15 seconds of fame. I’m 35, work full-time, and I go to school at night to get an MBA; and I work in the corporate business world in in a cubicle five days a week. Grow up, get over yourself and get a real job.

The most funny and stupid idea I’ve ever seen.
1) At the beginning, zionist movement was really great and sympathetic like yours, and we know now how it turned to be. You repeat naïvely the same sort of messy-anic mistake, hoping it would work better.
2) This is even a worse project than zionist movement because the roots to Jerusalem have a meaning in the Jewish History and in the jewish weltanschauung, which Weimar absolutely doesn’t have.
3) German people is tragically oversensitive to a sort of blood purity, as the history tells us — look the way parts of german populations deal with their minorities (like the turkish one) and compare with the integration policies in France. It’s a sensitive matter deeply rooted in national culture and langage, which expresses itself in an other important german’s feature: it’s “droit du sang” to be compared to the french “droit du sol” where anybody enters the french nation through republican schools and becomes a full member of the nation (at least theoretically, but the fact is that it is not the case in Germany). So now Germany is really nice with State Israël and with us, Jews. For how long? Impossible to predict what will happen in 120 years with this « stranger body » inside Germany.
4) To create « States » today is in fact to re-enter the XIX century, when it was really modern to do so. Now, Europe is fading out nationalistic boundaries and you are coming with a new State?! This is quite a schizophrenic approach of today’s world.
Conclusion : I urge you to continue to sing your wonderful funny poetic politic fiction. And the best thing you have to do is to improve your rather basic musical skills.
The only thinkable Jewish State, really Jewish and creative now, open to the XXI century (also the only reparation after the Catastrophe), would be di Yiddish Land, not localised somewhere on Earth, but nowhere, now and here, in our thoughts, with it’s Anthem : « Di Undzernatsionale »!
